Privacy Policy

Nubrixy is an offline iOS game. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. The App does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

This is the entire policy in one sentence. The sections below explain it in more detail.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any information. Nubrixy does not request, gather, or transmit any personal data — no name, email, location, contact list, photos, microphone input, camera input, identifiers for advertising, or device identifiers.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores a small amount of game state locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device. It includes:

  • Your current saved game (grid state, score, available shapes)
  • Your all-time high score
  • Your puzzle level progress (which levels you've completed and how many stars earned)
  • Your sound on/off preference

This data is stored only on the device where you play. It is removed automatically if you delete the App.

3. Network Access

Nubrixy does not access the internet. It does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting, advertising frameworks, social login providers, or third-party services of any kind. The App makes no network requests during normal use.

4. Third Parties

The App does not share any information with third parties because it does not have any information to share. No advertising networks, no analytics providers, no cloud sync, no leaderboards, no social features.

5. Children's Privacy

Nubrixy is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any information from anyone — including children — we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). The App is not in the Apple "Kids Category."

6. Permissions

The App requests no system permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar, notifications, or any other restricted iOS feature.

7. Apple's Role

If you download Nubrixy from the App Store, Apple may collect basic information about that download (purchase records, app analytics if you've enabled "Share with Developers" in your iOS settings, etc.) according to Apple's own privacy policy. This is independent of Nubrixy and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

Because we don't collect or store any of your personal information on our servers (there are no servers), there is no data for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf. If you want to remove all locally-stored game data, simply delete the App from your device.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add features that change what data the App handles (e.g., online leaderboards, cloud sync, optional accounts), we will update this policy and post a notice in the App before any new data collection begins.
